Organic products contain fewer pesticides. Conventional agriculture uses different types of pesticides like fungicides, herbicides, and insecticides, and residues remain in them we eat it.

More fresh. Non-organic food contains preservatives that make it last longer. Organic food does not have any preservative, they are often fresh and sold on smaller farms.

Organic farming is good for the environment. The organic process brings a lot of benefit to the environment, it reduces pollution, soil erosion, conserve water, increase soil fertility, and use less energy. Because it does not use pesticide it is better for nearby birds and animals.

Animals raised organically are NOT given antibiotics, growth hormones, or fed animal byproducts. Animals that are raised organically are given more space t move around and have better access outdoors, which keeps them healthy. Feeding them byproducts increases the risk of mad cow diseases (BSE) and the use of antibiotic-resistant feeds of bacteria

Organically produced meat and milk are richer in certain nutrients. Study shows that a certain level of nutrients including omega-3 fatty acids were 50% higher in meat and milk that are produced organically compared to conventionally raised versions.

It is GMO-free. Genetically engineered foods are animals or plants whose DNA has been altered in ways that are contrary to nature or in a normal traditional crossbreeding.
